As a BACP accredited Counsellor, Annette Woolley Counsellor is qualified in a wide range of counselling  styles. She works collaboratively to provide the best approach to suit each person's unique needs and individual requirements. She is qualified and experienced in using Counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Mindfulness Approaches with a wide range of issues including:
