Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the therapy approach recommended for many conditions, as outlined by the government's NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) Guidelines. 

CBT helps you to look at the way your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviours. It focuses on change in the here and now.
